Description: This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Manager based anywhere in Bangladesh, e-Commerce Based Courier Service. Area Managers must have local initiative, and humanity to provide proper service to customers. Will lead sales meetings and training, establish and maintain client relationships, and develop and implement service sales strategies to maximize revenue for the business.

Requirements:
- Graduation/Post Graduation in any discipline
- 1/3-years’ experience in in retail sales, distributor management, distributor setup, and team building
- Must have experience in Sales, Marketing, and Dealer setup of FMCG
- Sales Management, Sales Strategy
- Business development skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team of sales representatives
- Ability to identify market trends and opportunities
- Experience in the software or technology industry is preferred
- Ability to accept challenges and be proactive
- Applicants must have good communication skills
- Experience in B2B, B2C, and Order Management would be preferred
- Ability to work under pressure
- Can use Microsoft Word and Excel
- Necessary training and guidance will be provided.
- Additional Requirements- Age 25 to 45 years

Compensation:
Salary Range: 25,000- 40,000 (Negotiable)
