Roles Overview:
Promote and sell residential flats and commercial spaces across Designated Sales Areas: Khilkhet, Khilgaon, Dhanmondi, Bashundhara R/A, Baganbari, Malibagh, Adabar Mohammadpur, and Motijheel C/A.
Position: Junior Executive – Sales & Marketing (Fresher)
- Salary: 15K + Incentive
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Position: Executive – Sales & Marketing
- Salary: 20K + Incentive
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1 – 2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate, will be an advantage.
Position: Sr. Executive – Sales & Marketing
- Salary: 25 – 30K + Incentive
- Bachelor’s degree in Business
- Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 – 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate, will be an advantage.
Position: Asst. Manager/ Deputy Manager – Sales & Marketing
- Salary: 40 – 45K + Incentive
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate, will be an advantage.
Position: Manager/ Manager – Sales & Marketing
- Salary: 50 – 55K + Incentive
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 6 – 7 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate, will be an advantage.
Position: AGM/ GM – Sales & Marketing
- Salary: 70 – 80K + Incentive
- Bachelor’s degree in Business
- Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 8 – 10 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate, will be an advantage.
