Position : Customer Relationship Officer
Salary: Tk. 20,000 – Tk. 25,000 (Monthly)
Location: Dhaka (Baridhara J Block)
- Job Summary:
Experience: At least 1 year (Freshers are encouraged to apply)

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions.
- Maintain and update client data.
- Provide general information and services to clients.
- Promote and sell company services to individual clients.
- Maintain official discipline and sincerity in work.
- Ensure high-quality communication with clients.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Experience:
Preferred in the following sectors:
- Travel Agency
- Immigration and Education Consultancy
- Visa/Immigration Processing
- Call Center
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Skills and Additional Requirements:
- Proficiency in Bengali communication is mandatory.
- Basic computer skills are an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and target-driven mindset.
- Physically and mentally fit to attend office regularly.
- Dynamic, smart, and dedicated individuals will be prioritized.
