We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team and drive sales for Lijaaz ODM.
Position: Sales Engineer
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote Lijaaz ODM services.
- Identify customer needs and provide technical solutions aligned with our ODM offerings.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase Lijaaz ODM’s capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements.
- Prepare and deliver detailed proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Achieve sales targets by developing and implementing strategic sales plans.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales, preferably in the manufacturing or ODM industry.
- Strong understanding of ODM services and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bangla and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
