Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Assistant Manager Sales man to promote and sell properties on behalf of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. As a Salesman, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting property viewings, closing sales, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the buying process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell real estate properties, including residential, commercial, and investment properties.
- Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Conduct property viewings and provide clients with detailed information about available properties.
- Negotiate and close sales transactions effectively, ensuring both buyer and seller satisfaction.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market and property trends.
- Assist clients in securing financing and guide them through the legal and administrative procedures of property purchase.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals.
- Prepare and present sales reports to the management team.
- Follow up with clients after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage future business.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall growth.
Education:
- BBA/MBA/ Equivalent
- Graduate/Master’s Degree from a reputed university.
Experience
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
real estate company, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, E-commerce.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and current industry trends.
- Familiarity with property listings, contracts, and legal requirements in real estate transactions.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or real estate is a plus.
