Sales & Marketing Executive
Duties:
- Generate and qualify leads through research and networking and on boarding new sales areas/ outlets.
- Arrange and conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences and concerns.
- Pitch and present services to prospective clients.
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing and close deals.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborate on content marketing materials like blogs and case studies.
- Conduct market research to refine strategies and identify opportunities.
- Organize and participate in events, webinars, and trade shows.
- Coordinate with IT and digital marketing teams to meet client needs.
- Provide feedback for service improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and train stakeholders as needed.
- Track performance metrics and report ROI of activities.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and IT services.
- Sales acumen, including negotiation and closing techniques.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and optimize strategies.
Experience: 2 years of Industry Experience is required.
