Job Responsibilties:
- Be the first person customers talk to when they have questions or problems. Your job is to listen, understand, and solve their problems!
- Guide customers through fixing issues with our vehicle tracking system step-by-step.
- If things get tricky, you’ll work with our technical team to sort them out quickly.
- Teach customers about cool features and services they might love.
- Take notes of what happens in each customer interaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- If you’ve worked in customer service before, great! If not, students with similar experience are welcome too.
- Communication Style: Clear, kind, and friendly.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle tracking systems is helpful, but we’ll train you!
- This is a one-year contract job—the contract will be renewed annually based on performance.
- Be flexible and ready to handle changes.

Job Location: Tejgaon Industrial Area, Dhaka, Bangladesh
Nature of Work: The position is on a rotation/shift basis
