As a Customer Success Executive (CSE) at Bhuyain IT, you’ll build strong client relationships, ensure successful product adoption, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
:
- Build long-term relationships with small to medium-sized organizations.
- Help clients understand and experience the ROI/value of our solutions.
- Plan strategically and resolve customer success issues proactively.
- Collaborate with teams like Sales, Marketing, Support, and Operations.
- Conduct weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly virtual client meetings.
- Identify expansion opportunities and coordinate with the sales team.
- Stay updated on product offerings and share insights with clients.
- Follow up on leads to drive closures.
- Communicate smartly and effectively with clients.

- Minimum 1 year of experience dealing with North American clients.
- HSC/O-Level/A-Level/Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
- Fluent English communication (mandatory).
- Proven ability in client retention and B2B growth.
- Knowledge of Facebook Ads, funnel-building software, and direct-response messaging.
- Sales experience via phone or Zoom.
