Job Title: Video Documentary Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and execute video documentary projects from concept to completion;
Develop creative storytelling strategies to effectively capture and highlight architectural and design narratives;
Collaborate with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to gather content and ensure accurate representation of architectural concepts;
Manage pre-production activities, including scripting, storyboarding, scheduling, and resource allocation;
Coordinate on-site video shoots, ensuring high-quality footage of architectural projects, interviews, and events;
Oversee the editing process to produce compelling visual stories, maintaining consistency with the project’s objectives;
Write captions in both English and Bengali to ensure accessibility and engagement for a wider audience;
Provide direction to videographers, editors, and production teams for seamless execution;
Ensure all projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards;
Stay updated on trends and technologies in video production and storytelling, particularly in the architecture and design industry;
Prepare final deliverables, including promotional videos, documentary films, and digital content.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Media Studies, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Experience Requirements:

Open to freshers, though prior experience in video production with a focus on architectural or design-related projects is highly preferred;
A solid understanding of architectural concepts and the ability to craft engaging visual narratives based on them.
Additional Requirements:
Candidates with a background in architecture will be given preference, but professionals from related fields are encouraged to apply;
Strong storytelling and creative vision;
Excellent project management and organizational skills;
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams;
Strong command of English and Bengali, both written and verbal;
Passion for architecture and design is highly desirable.

Salary:

BDT 20,000 – BDT 25,000
