Salary: 12,000
Educational Qualification: Minimum HSC / Diploma Completed
Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge required
Main work:
1. Handle Inbound/Outbound Calls: Respond to queries from guardians and tutors.
2. Provide Information: Explain services, policies, and procedures.
3. Resolve Issues: Address complaints and escalate unresolved problems.
4. Payment Handling: Assist with payment queries and send reminders.
5. Database Management: Update and maintain customer records securely.
Conditions:

⛔ Shift Timings:
09:00 AM to 07:00 PM
12:00 PM to 10:00 PM
1:00 PM to 11:00 PM
(Lunch break 1 hour)
