Position: Customer Service Associate (CSA)
Location: Kazipara, Mirpur
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls effectively.
- Provide customers with accurate and timely information.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication.
- Consistently deliver your best on every call.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate or Undergraduate (University and college students are encouraged to apply).
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience preferred (Freshers are welcome).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
